Payment Information
When families pay for activities or you receive payments, our payment processor (Stripe) handles the transaction. Stripe provides us with a token representing the payment, card type, last four digits, and expiration date. If families provide a name and email, Stripe shares that with us too.
We collect and process information about:
- Which activities families enroll in
- Payment amounts and dates
- Your earnings from activities
What Information We Collect
When you sign up:
- Email address
- Name
When you list activities:
- Activity descriptions, photos, videos
- Location, schedule, pricing details
- Minimum enrollment requirements
When you receive payments:
- Banking or payment details
- Transaction history
We only collect what's necessary to run the platform.
Data Deletion
You can request to delete your personal data by emailing us at hola@horaxtra.com .
What gets deleted:
- Your account information
- Activity listings (if no active enrollments)
- Payment details
What we retain:
- Transaction records (required by law for tax/accounting)
- Data necessary for ongoing activities (until they complete)
We don't keep any personal data that isn't required for operations or legal compliance.
Who We Share Data With
We share your information only when necessary:
Payment processing:
Stripe handles all payments (they're a separate company with their own privacy policy)
Legal requirements:
We may disclose information in response to legal requests (subpoenas, court orders) or to protect our rights and safety

We use Plausible for privacy-first analytics. It doesn't track you personally or use cookies.
We use Ignite.video for cookie-free video hosting.

Business Transfers
If Horaxtra is acquired or goes out of business, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who must continue to follow this privacy policy.
Advertising
We don't run ads on Horaxtra. We don't use retargeting or ad networks.
International Data Transfers
Horaxtra is based in Barcelona, Spain. Your data is primarily stored on EU servers.
Our payment processor, Stripe, is based in the United States. When you process payments, your payment information is transmitted to Stripe's servers in the US. Stripe is certified for international data transfers and complies with data protection standards.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Horaxtra after changes means you accept them.
