We're for NEW stuff you want to test without risk.
You set your minimum (8 kids? 12 kids? You decide). Families commit with payment details but aren't charged yet.
When you hit your number, everyone's charged and the activity runs. Don't hit it? Their commitments are released. No charge, no refunds, no awkward cancellations.
Without free trial session:
When your activity reaches minimum, everyone's charged automatically. Money lands in your account within 2-7 days.
With free trial session (if you opt-in):
Families commit but aren't charged yet. After the free trial session, they have 48 hours to decide if their kid wants to continue.
If enough say YES to meet your minimum, they get charged and you get paid. If you drop below minimum, you decide: open anyway, relist, or cancel. Those who said NO aren't charged.
Either way, you know what you'll earn before booking venues or prepping materials.
5% transaction fee (plus Stripe payment processing and applicable taxes). Educators keep 92-94% of their earnings on average.
We make money only when you do. Only on activities that actually run. If your activity doesn't reach minimum, you pay nothing. No monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges.
We'll never show ads and we'll never sell your data.
Yes. We use Stripe for payments—the same system used by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses worldwide.
You can, but you'll spend hours tracking who's "maybe interested" versus who's actually committed. Then sending "Hey, are you still in?" messages. Then manually collecting payments.
With Horaxtra, families commit with payment details upfront. You see exactly where you stand. When you hit your minimum, everyone gets charged automatically and you're done.
